We offer teacher training for schools and education organisations in order to assist teachers in practical strategies that can be easily implemented in order to optimise the learning environment for both the teacher and the learner within the classroom.

Our teacher training offering is extensive in that we consider and cover most areas of development for the teacher, and integrate our strategies to accommodate optimal learning. Strategies are aimed at empowering the teacher to adapt her/his own learning approach, optimise the environment, manage learners based on their profiles, and introduce strategies that universally will increase focus, attention, behaviour and learning.

Workshops 1 to 6 can be done in six separate 2-hour workshops or over 2 full days.

We aim to customise the teacher training process based on the needs of a school or education organisation. We provide a needs analysis for schools prior to the workshops intervention, and provide post-workshop follow up in order to sustain positive change and empowerment.
