Senses On Call

Is a standardised and validated testing tool that takes primitive brain body connections and turns it into a sensory suitability instrument for the call centre industry to increase productivity and reduce attrition and absenteeism. The test is performed on-line, is user friendly, asks non-leading and not work related questions and generates an immediate report.

Senses on call selects best-fit agents to sustain the sensory overload call centre environment and assigns your agent pool to the best-fit roles.

An extensive interpretation manual comes with the tool and we debrief clients prior to use of the results. The report has however been designed for easy interpretation and immediate implementation.

A "Senses-on-Call™" report contains the following:

  • Background on sensory suitability
  • A visual distribution graph comparing the candidate scores versus best-fit scores
  • A single suitability rating indicating whether the person is fit for the industry
  • A resource rating indicating best fit roles for the individual within the call centre
    • Collections
    • Hot seat
    • Sales: Outbound
    • Sales: Inbound
    • Service
    • Quality Assurance
    • Data Capture
    • E-mail
    • Back office

The Senses on Call tool has been scientifically shown to be valid and reliable, can be fairly applied to all employees, is not biased against any employee or group and thus falls within the parameters of the Employment Equity Act, South Africa, 1998.

Is an innovative recruitment tool specially designed for the call centre industry based on the doctoral research results of Annemarie Lombard. This study showed a significant correlation between sensory processing and performance, absenteeism and attrition within South African call centres.

Your current web browser must be updated to version 7 of Internet Explorer (IE7) to take advantage of all of template's capabilities.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
