Corporate Overview

Sensory Intelligence® connects people to understand their own needs, operational styles, habits and working methods. Insights are based on neuroscience and the connections with the environment.  It assists individuals to increase their performance and output at work as well as at home and to incorporate wellness strategies to become healthy and balanced.  In teams this becomes a fundamental, simplistic, yet powerful way to understand each other, improve cohesion and increase successful outcomes.

Our workshops start with online assessments to determine the sensory profiles of individuals through a secure e-profiling portal.  Individual reports are generated and provide the unique and customised content for workshop. While we generally provide Team Profiling, High Performance, Corporate Wellness or Effective Team Meetings Workshops, themes are designed according to the client’s needs.  Coaching circles as compulsory follow up to our workshops in both group and where requested individual context ensure the sustainability of learning and new insights applied.

E-profiling

Complete your on-line sensory assessments to increase your sensory intelligence and start using our innovative, powerful and practical solutions. Our e-profiling tools provide solutions for contact centre recruitment, general recruitment and performance optimisation at work and home.

Through extensive research and clinical experience, we developed our e-profiling platform over a number of years. Through this platform individuals can complete sensory assessments on line after which a report will be

generated and supplied immediately via e-mail.

Our current assessments are appropriate and are designed for ages 12 to 65. The recruitment products make use of the Adult Sensory Profile designed by Winnie Dunn and Catana Brown, USA under electronic licensing agreement of Pearson Inc. The Sensory Matrix was designed by Dr Annemarie Lombard, South Africa.

Your current web browser must be updated to version 7 of Internet Explorer (IE7) to take advantage of all of template's capabilities.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
