Coaching

We do individual coaching sessions primarily to debrief individuals on the results of their e-profiling assessments. We often coach delegates after a workshop but also coach independently. We prefer to work with other coaches, consultants and/or therapists in order to supply the sensory intelligence part of self development and success for individuals and teams.

 

Our coaching sessions are usually 2 hours long and occur at the client’s work or home space in order for us to implement strategies more effectively.

 

WHO DO WE COACH? 

 

  • Individuals who want to use their sensory profiles to fast track their performance, understand their sensory irritations and related stress and who want to improve team relationships
  • Individuals who take their self development and learning seriously and can think out of the box
  • Individuals who work in busy, stressful and open plan office environments who want to reduce distractions and enhance focus and attention
  • Couples who want to learn more about the sensory irritations that affect their relationship and how to use diversity to take their relationship to another level

LICENSING

 

We will be hosting our first training series for licensees in sensory intelligence in February and March 2012 in Cape Town.

 

The senses will consist of 3 days training for two seperate groups:

 

February 2012

Occupational Therapists that have an interest in adult sensory modulation

 

March 2012

Coaches, psychologists, social workers, physiotherapists, other HPCSA professionals

 

The provisional programme will contain the following:

 

Day 1:  Theory, history and neuroscience

Day 2:  Value and applications for coaching and training

Day 3:  Case Studies
